Acquisition of CNC Exotic Mushrooms BV shares
On April 17, CNC Grondstoffen BV acquired the 45% shares in CNC Exotic Mushrooms BV from Bert Rademakers.
This makes the company a full subsidiary of CNC Grondstoffen BV.
From an organizational point of view, Bert Rademakers will still be operational until the end of 2020 and will manage CNC Exotic Mushrooms together with Willem van Hassel. In collaboration with CNC, Willem and Bert will further develop and shape the future for CNC Exotic Mushrooms.
